Joyce Louise (Scootch) Murchison London, 58, of Texarkana, TX left her earthy home to go be with her Lord and Savior on February 5, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. London was born April 12 1958 in Albuquerque, NM to Leon and Joyce Murchison. She was a member of Hooks Missionary Baptist Church. She worked as a CNA and medication aid until she decided to stay home to take care of her loving husband of forty years and two children. Mrs. London was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. London is survived by her husband, Eulas London of Texarkana, TX; one son, Eddie London of Texarkana, Tx; one daughter, Chrystal London of Texarkana, TX; four brothers, Bill Murchison of Hooks, TX, Dennis Murchison of Leary, TX, Tony Murchison of Texarkana, AR, Richard Murchison of Genoa, AR; one sister, Judy Byram of Hooks, TX; four grandchildren, Becca London of Texarkana, TX, Donald Eason and David Eason of Texarkana, TX, Christian Hensley of Arkansas; two great-grandchildren, Kade and Jayce Halliburton; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 at the Madden Funeral Home Chapel in Ashdown. A graveside service will be Thursday, February 9, 2017, 2:00 PM at Marvin Cemetery in Wallace with Bro. Steve Reeves officiating.
