Joe Howard Spigner, age 74, passed away September 1, 2016 in Ashdown, AR.

Mr. Spigner was born June 10, 1942, in Wilton, AR to Roy H. (Bud) and Martha Alice Spigner, who preceded him in death. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a member of Central Baptist Church of Ashdown,AR, and a skilled heavy equipment operator, retiring from Domtar Paper Mill.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Spigner of Ashdown, AR; one daughter Angela Spigner Rogers of Texarkana, AR; and one sister-in-law, Virginia Ford Eskew of Ashdown, AR.

Visitation will be Saturday September 3, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday September 4, 2016 at 2:00pm at Central Baptist Church in Ashdown, AR with Rev. Tommy Hall and Rev, Don Embry officiating. Burial will follow at Ashdown Cemetery in Ashdown, AR under the direction of Madden Funeral Home.
