Eugene Rasco, 81, of Ashdown, AR passed away December 7, 2017 in Texarkana, TX. He was born November 17, 1936 in Houston, TX to Harvey and Mary Rasco. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, a Trustee of Hilltop Bible Fellowship of Ashdown and a proud member of Nailbenders for Jesus. Mr. Rasco was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, William J. Rasco, Dale Rasco and H. J. Rasco.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Rasco of Ashdown, two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Steve Ward of Ashdown and Mary and Ed Bird of Ashdown, four grandchildren, Ashley (Shane) Dougherty, Jason (Jaime) Ward, Celeste (Chris) Scarborough and Hank (Cathryn) Bird, and five great-grandchildren, Olivia and Will Dougherty, Avery and John Kyle Ward and Micah Scarborough.
Visitation will be Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 at Madden Funeral Home Ashdown, AR. Services will be Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2:00 at Madden Funeral Home with Mike Mize officiating. Interment to follow at Richmond Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Texarkana or Richmond Cemetery.
