Mrs. Donnie Mae Johnson, 91, of Ashdown, Arkansas, passed away Sunday night, October 30, 2016 while surrounded by loving family. She was known by many as simply "Auntie".

Mrs. Johnson was born November 18, 1924 to Dora & Wess Stephens of the Fomby Community. She was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to Thomas Johnson until he passed away. She worked for many years as a waitress, a job she loved, at Spotlight Manufacturing for many years. She loved her family and taking care of her special great-nephew & great niece, Jacob & Emma. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her loving sister, Betty Joe Cooper; niece, Becky Hile and her husband Ricky and their children, Jacob Hile & Emma Grace Hile; and three stepchildren, Doris Page and family; Billy Joe Johnson and family; & Bob Johnson.

Visitation will be Wednesday November 2, 2016 from 5-7 pm at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.

Funeral Services will be Thursday November 3, 2016 at 10:00 am at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR with Rev. Stuart Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Blackerby Cemetery in Ashdown, AR under the direction of Madden Funeral Home.
