David Scott Gannon, 67, passed away October 6,2014 in Ashdown, AR.

Mr. Gannon was born January 18, 1947 in McKeesport, PA to Robert and Ann Gannon. He was the drummer for The Swamp Rats. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Robert Gannon.

Survivors include his wife, Mattie Gannon of Ashdown, AR; one son, Evan Gannon of Arden, AR; one daughter, Caitlin Stewart of Fayetteville, AR; one great nephew, Jaden Cornelius of Palm Harbor, FL; one niece, Beth Wilson of Palm Harbor, FL; four sisters, Margaret A. Wilson, Lucinda Gannon, Amanda Gannon, Frances Gannon all of Palm Harbor, FL; several nieces nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday October 12, 2014 at Madden Funeral Home in Foreman, AR from 3:00pm to 5:00 pm.

Memorial Service will be Monday October 13, 2014 at 2:00pm at Madden Funeral Home in Foreman, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Madden Funeral Home.
