Carla V. Clayton, 78,of Foreman, AR passed away July 26, 2016.

Mrs. Clayton was born June 20,1938 in Arkinda, AR to Raymond Oscar and Emma Louis Bates. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Foreman, AR. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Clayton; one son, Rudy Clayton; one step brother; parents; and stepmother, Mary Lovewell Bates.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Donnie and Kathy Clayton of El Dorado, AR, Chris and Tina Clayton of Foreman, AR; two brothers, VerDale Bates of McCall Creek, MS, Roger Bates of Tom, OK; one sister, Sue McDaniel of Idabel, OK; step brothers and step sisters, Billy Van, Charles Van, Eddie Van, Clyde Van, Joy Van and Susie Dollar; eight grandchildren, Dina Clayton, Charlie and Kami Clayton, Marty Clayton, Marina Clayton, Jason and Laura LaRue, Bryan LaRue, Daniel and Claire Clayton, and Blake Clayton; and one great grandchild, Grant LaRue.

Visitation will be Friday July 29, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Madden Funeral Home in Foreman, AR.

Graveside Services will be Saturday July 30, 2016 at 10:00 am at Dollarhide Cemetery in Foreman, AR with Rev. Audie Dawson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Madden Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Wilton First Baptist Church, Post Office box 265, Wilton, AR, 71865
