Billie Don Carter, 82, of Ashdown, AR passed away at his home on January 20, 2017.
Mr. Carter was born in Durant, Oklahoma. He was a member of Millwood Baptist Church, American Legion, and Korean Veteran's Association. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his wife, Betty.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Booth of Ashdown and Kory Booth of Stephenville, TX; one daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Steve Daily of Longview, TX; one brother, Gary Moss of San Antonio, TX; two sisters, Suzanne Drieskin of Frisco, Tx and Catherine Moss of Hawkins, TX; and one special friend, Irene Lott of Ashdown.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Millwood Baptist Church.
