Oh Dougie, I sure am going to miss our talks and laughing about everything. Your such a good friend and always a gentleman, I love your music and the passion you had for it. I am

To the Family of Doug Jackson, first of all I would like to say how sorry I am, and send my deepest sympathy. I have been doing some co-writing with Doug, and he was working on a few of my songs, and I have been trying to contact him for days, until last night I found on his Facebook page that he passed away. The shock and tears set in. I last heard from him on the evening of March

To my memory of Doug. Your passing comes to me as a shock, as you were too young. We became friends over 1 1/2 years ago. You and I became close friends thru our emails and spent hours talking about our lives on the phone. You touched my heart and soul thru your awesome music. You were gifted and touched all of our lives with your music talent. Your talent as singer/songwriting touched our hearts in so many ways. I

These pictures are from the early 1990's. Our group had many good times at deer & fish camp. I always looked forward to the guys picking up their guitars. Doug could play a 12-string and had a wonderful voice.

To his daughter, wife, mother, grandchildren and his sister and brothers:

I am so sorry about the passing of my first cousin, Doug Jackson. His father, Olan, and my father Ivy, were brothers. Several years ago when his father Olan passed away, I went to the visitation in Marshall, but regrettably did not go to the graveside service where all four of his children were there. It would have been the first time in over 60 years that I

Totally distraught in hearing of my Classmate and close friend Doug Jackson passing away.

Doug enjoyed picking on a Guitar back in our High School Days, and for some reason I just knew he'd get good at it. I'll miss you Doug, and until we meet again, ... keep playing and singing on the Heavenly Streets Of Gold.
